On September 15, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee cum Deputy Head of provincial Steering Board of Collective Economic Innovation and Development together with members of the Steering Board had a working session with Tan Uyen town about the local collective economic performance in the first seven months of 2017.

As of July 7, the town had a total of 13 cooperatives on agriculture, trade-services, transportation-construction and home industry with 383 members and chartered capital of VND140.3billion. Most managerial cadres at the cooperatives got training on the Cooperative Law 2012. The average income of members and laborers reached more than VND4million per person per month… There were also 20 cooperative groups with 187 members and chartered capital of VND4.3billion.
Mr.Liem spoke highly of the operational result of the town’s Collective Economic Innovation and Development. But, for better development, the Steering Board needs to boost propaganda work and deliberate on models and human resources.
