Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to launch economic - cultural - social advisory council

Morning July 22^nd, provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held the launching ceremony of economic - cultural - social advisory council of the 8^th term provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (2014-2019 tenure).

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dang, deputy head of provincial NA’s delegation, headed the council. The council also included 2 deputy heads, 1 standing member, 8 members as members of provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, specialists, former and incumbent leaders in economic - cultural - social fields of the province.

The council had advisory function to help Standing Committee of provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in economic - cultural - social issues; study policies, laws, projects, programs of the Party, the State, the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front; study and propose contents pertaining to functions of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; collect opinions and aspirations of the people to give advice to provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; advise provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to monitor, criticize in economic - cultural – social fields…

The council operates part-time, voluntarily research through conferences, seminars, and fieldwork. The term of the council lasts according to provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee’s term.
