Binh Duong young human resource festive day held by provincial Youth Union on October 26th happened with many practical activities, opened new directions for pupils, students within and beyond the province.  Students were asking questions at the “Orienting and developing career” workshopGiving much information to studentsThe workshop “Orienting and developing career” on the theme of “Effective job hunting’s skills” was organized on the festive day and drew participation of many young people. Director of Groupama Vietnam Insurance Company Mr. Tran Dinh Phuc, as the speaker of the workshop, instructed students in job applying’s skills, like: how to prepare a résumé, answer interview’s questions, and recommend suitable behaviors, words, dress in the interview etc.Tran Thi Kieu Diem, who has just graduated from Business Administration faculty of Binh Duong University, said: “Thanks to this festive day, I was given basic, useful knowledge of vocation and professions businesses in Binh Duong are in need of”.In addition to theory learning, students also attended interview sessions by specialists from provincial businesses at imitated interview booths. This activity was an opportunity for students to accumulate useful experiences for themselves to find jobs by discussing with HR professionals.At the end, students with best answers received an English scholarship worth VND10mln. Participants also visited real working environment at Kumho Vietnam Tire Company, Vietnam – Singapore industrial park, helping students getting used to reality and looking for opportunities to promote professional career.Discussing directly with provincial leadersDuring the discuss with provincial leaders, students raised some problems, like information demands of young human resource attracting policy, provincial policy of talent attracting, recruitment needs of businesses, how to apply to the project “Selecting, training source officials from provincial excellent pupils, students” etc. Young participants also asked questions of personnel attracting policy, disadvantaged student supporting policy, the project of low-fee dormitory construction for students…Representatives of provincial People’s Committee, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education & Training, Department of Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs, Management Board of industrial parks, Young Entrepreneur Association answered questions of students.Speaking at the festive day, Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Mr. Huynh Van Nhi appreciated opinions of students, and hoped that young people would study and work more to contribute to provincial development; participate actively in patriotic emulation movements.
