Regulations on publicity, transparency, and access to information disseminated

On July 17, provincial Party Committee's Interior Commission in collaboration with provincial Party Propaganda and Training Committee organized an online conference to propagate regulations on publicity, transparency, accountability, and access to information. At the meeting, Phan Ba, Director of the Southern Affairs Department of Central Committee of Internal Affairs, introduced a number of regulations on this topic.

The conference aimed to thoroughly and widely propagate regulations on publicity, transparency, accountability, and access to information among officials, public servants, and Party members in order to raise their awareness of fighting against corruption, wastefulness, and improving the competitiveness of the province. The conference was also to heighten the responsibility of Party committees, agencies and units, specify responsibilities of the heads, set up programs and plans for the prevention and fight against corruption and wastefulness.
