The provincial People’s Committee yesterday held a summing up conference on basic building 2009 and mapped out solutions for 2010. Reportedly, the total value of building disbursement was at over VND2,595bil, reaching 105% of its plan. The delegates set out key measures for 2010, focusing on key projects’ progress, assessment and approval of projects to launch works rapidly.

Le Thanh Cung, vice province chairman steered all level agencies to closely cooperate with investors to hasten projects’ progress, focus on resettlement work for affected people as well as raise the quality of consultancy, design, and tender.
