In the afternoon of June 28, after over 30 minutes of constraining Mrs.Pham Thi Hong Ngoc, the owner of Hong Ngoc fashion shop in Thuan An district, robber Tran Dang Tuan born in 1982 in Thai Binh province was caught red-handed.

Without occupation, the robber took a knife to the shop to rob a mobile phone from the shop owner. After more than 30 minutes of struggle, Ngoc took the knife from the robber and ran after him and shouted for help at the same time.

Nearby people arrested the robber.
