The establishment of Scientific Council is a major step for the Institution to show its important and strategic role of developing the economy and society. The Council shall include 21 members chaired by Associate Professor, Ph.D. Nguyen Quoc Te. The members consist of 3 professors and doctors from Korea and Australia while the remaining members are Vietnamese nationality with high academic qualifications.At the first meeting session of the council on October 12, the report of 1-year operation of the Institution was given before orientation for the time to come.In the year, the Institution has made plenty of contact and working with State-own agencies and companies in and outside of the province. Besides, the Institution also offers in-house training courses in cooperation with other educational and job orientation organizations.
