Early October 26, Binh Duong University, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Automobile and Motorized Equipment Association, held a scientific conference on “Orientation for training and developing green traffic”. The conference brought together leading automotive experts and representatives from colleges and universities in and out of the province.
At the conference, delegates listened to presentations and engaged in discussions on topics such as developing green vehicles to meet the NETZERO 2050 target; trends in electric and smart vehicle development in Vietnam and human resources training orientations; the role of fuel cell electric vehicles in future traffic systems; models of university-business cooperation in training for green traffic development; green traffic development based on applying Idling Stop technology to older motorbikes; other green traffic development orientations... As part of the conference, delegates and students from Binh Duong University also participated in activities for experience, including participating in experiential activities to learn information and test drive for MG cars, learning about imported German engine combustion chamber cleaning technology provided by Tech Germany Co., Ltd.
The conference aimed at seeking solutions and policies for green traffic development to protect the environment, reduce air pollution and work towards green economy while guiding training programs at universities and colleges, helping provide a skilled workforce that meets the demands of green traffic development.
