Seeking solutions to improve vocational training quality at enterprises’ needs

Early May 29, Social Labor University in collaboration with provincial Department of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs held a seminar on “Solutions to improve the quality of workforce in job creation and vocational training in the province by 2015 with a vision to 2030”.

At the seminar, delegates heard speeches on the results of surveying the quality of workforce in businesses and solutions for them; the reality of connecting vocational training with improving the quality of workforce and creating jobs at needs of the fourth industrial revolution towards a smart city…

They also had a chance to learn about several solutions to enhance their workforce quality in association with job creation and vocational training at needs of the local labor market, connect vocational training with the local enterprises and labor market…
