Mr. Hai has boldly established THT Studio "Trancy Hai" with 2 members. THT maintains operations with monthly income of VND 15 million. With conditions of urban agricultural development, Di An has appeared many models of orchid cultivation. In the activity, the team has regularly coordinated training courses and fostered cadres, union members, members and youths to establish THT youth to grow orchids. From training sessions, study tours to experience models, members of the team have more knowledge in growing orchids, making profits and also creating stable jobs for many members. Ms. Nguyen Thuy Tien in Di An Ward is also a typical youth union member in starting a business, united to support the economy together. With the support of Phuong Doan, Tien established THT youth to make cake called "Strawberry". In 2018, THT has ensured good implementation of regulations in production and business according to regulations and achieved typical achievements. According to Tien, in the past year, the team has trained and introduced 8 young people to attend cake making courses in Ho Chi Minh City; at the same time, create stable jobs for 5 youth union members; Job placement for 8 young people in restaurants and supermarkets. Not only that, the members of the team were actively associated with the flowers, wedding dresses in the ward to expand service activities, achieving higher business efficiency. For Union work, the team participated in supporting birthday cake for members and members with birthdays in quarters; support funds for organizing children's activities in the locality and donating ice cream cakes in celebration of the Youth's birthday.

In recent years, Di An town has coordinated with the town's economic department to organize youth union members, chairman board of business clubs to visit many collective economic models.
