After nearly three years of implementing the Action Program No.07/CTr.DUK of provincial Agencies Bloc’s Party Committee on implementing the Action Program No.76/Ctr-TU of provincial Party’s Committee and the Resolution No.25/NQ-TW of the 7th session of the 10th Party Central Committee on “Strengthening the Party’s leadership for youth task in the intensified period of national industrialization and modernization, provincial Agencies Bloc’s Party Committees at all levels have made a lot of substantial activities to uphold the strength of young people.

  Nguyen Van Lieu, Secretary of provincial Agencies Bloc’s Party Committee assessed that the bloc’s Party Committees at all levels have always paid attention to ideological and political education among young people. Noticeably, they have instructed the bloc’s Youth Union to effectively realize the campaign “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary”. There were 112 individuals and 25 collectives praised for their excellent performance in the campaign over the past two years.

 Making favorable conditions for the bloc’s youths to develop in all aspects and promoting substantial movements among them have also expressed the Party leadership for youth task. The bloc’s Party Committees at all levels have bravely assigned jobs to youths…, helping them become more confident and grown-up. They have also paid more attention to training task among youths.

  The bloc’s youth task has also focused on promoting youths’ participation in Party-building. Over the past two years, the whole bloc admitted 1,017 outstanding youths into the Communist Party of Vietnam. 100% of the bloc’s Youth Unions worked effectively and won the annual title of “pure and strong Youth Union”. It is estimated that the whole bloc now has 350 outstanding youths out of 559 newly-admitted Party members.

 Vo Thi Nhat Phuong, Vice-Secretary of provincial Foreign Affairs Department’s Youth Union said that under the leadership of the department’s Party cell, the department’s Youth Union and youths have constantly strived to well realize their professional jobs and youth movements…

 It is thought that the youth task needs to be further promoted to help the bloc’s youths affirm themselves and uphold their strength. For this, the bloc’s Party Committees at all levels need to bravely assign jobs to youths while giving them timely attention and instruction.
