Studying and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality, lifestyle promoted among Trade Union officials, workers

Under the Poliburo’s Directive No.05-CT/TW on “Acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle, provincial Trade Unions at all levels have launched a variety of concrete emulation movements among Trade Union officials and workers.

Particularly, many emulation movements, namely “Working well, working creatively”, “Improving workmanship at requirements of integration and development”, “Productivity-quality-effectiveness”, “Reforming administrative procedures, building loyal, creative, dedicated and exemplary civil servants”…, were organized deeply, absorbing the participation of numerous civil servants and workers.

Outstanding individuals in the provincial “Working well, working creatively” movement 2017 honored

The emulation movement of “Working well, working creatively” has been taken place animatedly at province-based businesses with many practical contents. Accordingly, Trade Union locals at all levels of the province have encouraged trade unionists and workers to boost machinery innovation, application of sci-tech advancements into production; get involved in thrift practice…, thereby generating hi-quality products with strong competitiveness for regional and international integration.

In 2016 alone, the whole province had a total of 5,621 technical initiatives applied, bringing businesses total benefit of more than VND1.5trillion. Among them, there were 5 granted the certificates of creative working and 7 outstanding individuals were awarded the certificates of merit of the Prime Minister…

Bui Thanh Thanh, Chairman of provincial Labor Union said that under the Politburo’s Directive No.5, provincial Labor Union has implemented action plans to raise deep awareness of the basic contents and great values of late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle among Trade Union officials and workers.

Trade Unions at all levels of the province have also attached special importance to studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle by concrete actions, thereby intensifying a task of protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests, organizing periodical dialogues and conferences with laborers, enhancing the effectiveness of negotiating, signing and realizing collective labor deals…

Thanks to studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle promoted by Trade Unions at all levels of the province, there have been positive changes in terms of ideology and awareness among civil servants and laborers, creating a motivation for grassroots emulation movements, contributing to the development of their units.
