Tan Uyen District: Law on Civil Servants, Law on Cadres and Law on Document Archive deployed

Yesterday of October 17, Tan Uyen District held a training conference Laws on Cadres and Civil Servants and Law on Document Archive with participation of leaders, presidents of labor unions, managing officials of agencies, departments, districts, associations, academic principals and presidents, clerical staffs and schools secretaries, chairs, vice-chairs of the people's councils, interior affair officials across the township in the district. Laws on Cadres and Civil Servants, Law on Document Archive and decrees of the government stipulate: definition of the civil servants; management of public servants;regulations on recruitment, use and management of civil servants; titles, staff quantity, a number of regimes and policies for civil servants in communes, wards, towns and those not working full-time; the recruitment, use, and management of civil servants; disciplinary actions and compensation of civil servants. The Law on Civil Servants of 87 articles in 10 chapters takes effect from and on January 1, 2012. Law on Cadres of 62 articles in 6 chapters takes effect from and on January 1, 2012. Law on Document Archive of 42 articles in 7 chapters takes effect from and on July 1, 2012.
