Tan Uyen sets up 38 clubs on voluntary blood donation

Tan Uyen town’s voluntary blood donation movement has received enthusiastic response from people from all strata. So far, the town has established 38 clubs on voluntary blood donation with 550 members and 38 clubs on reserve blood donation with 260 members.

From 2008 to 2017, the town organized 48 stages receiving blood with 9,650 units of blood. The town’s Steering Board of Voluntary Blood Donation has also just held a conference to sum up the local voluntary blood donation movement in 2017 and in the period of 2008 and 2017. On this occasion, the town’s People’s Committee honored outstanding individuals, families in the local voluntary blood donation movement in the period of 2008 and 2017.
