TDM City to reform institutions, improve public service quality

That is the central task of TDM City in administrative procedure reform in 2016-2020 period, which was defined by the draft TDM City administrative procedure reform plan 2016- 2020 at review conference held by TDM City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Objectives of the draft plan were to enhance the implementation of the overall program on State administrative reform in 2011-2020 according to Resolution No. 30C / NQ-CP of the Government, and to ensure the fulfillment of administrative reform objectives and tasks of TDM City in the 2016- 2020 period, including focusing on is institutional reform; cultivating, improving personnel quality; heightening the quality of public services, promoting the reform of administrative procedures, lessening dossier processing time, reducing processing costs, promoting information technology application and modernization of the public administration.

At the conference, delegates also contributed many ideas of advantages and limitations of the plan; and proposed several measures to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative reform in order for TDM City to soon become the leading locality in the province in implementing administrative reform serving local socio-economic development goals.
