The Party Committee, People’s Committee of Phu Tan ward in TDM city has just held cultural-sports activities in celebration of Party and Lunar New Year.

On this occasion, the ward also mobilized organizations and individuals to support more than 160 Tet gifts worth VND40mln for policy beneficiary families, poor households, poor-near ones, helping them enjoy a happy Tet.

*The Youth Union of Hiep Thanh ward in TDM city has also just offered 60 Tet gifts, including instant noodle, notebooks and cash, to poor children at a charity class organized by it. These gifts have a total value of nearly VND7mln, funded by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank-Binh Duong Branch and Tam Duc charity group.

The charity class now teaches 60 pupils who are the offspring of poor laborers. It is known that 20 Youth Union members of the ward and students from Thu Dau Mot University take part in teaching at the charity class.
