Textbook market stabilization well realized

In the 2015-2016 academic year, businesses participating in stabilizing the prices of textbooks in the province include Binh Duong General Culture Joint Stock Company, Binh Duong Book-Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company, and the HCMC-based book distributor Fahasa.

The units have implemented the stabilization at 125 agencies, bookstores and schools across the province with total revenue of VND59.3bln or 101.3% of the set plan. Of the total figure, VND34.75bln from Binh Duong Book-Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company, VND7.58bln from Binh Duong General Culture Joint Stock Company and VND16.97bln from Fahasa.

With the above result, they made contributions to the province’s price stabilization program, ensuring social welfare.
