I have followed the news and saw that by leadership of the Party, socio-economic status in the nation has been prominent with good economic growth in 5 years and developing culture and society. Social welfare has been ensured and people’s lives have been improved. The social and political status has been stable while nation defense and security have been enhanced. The independence and sovereignty have been maintained along with people’s unity. I am hopeful that the 12^th Congress will include righteous leadership to reform the nation and successfully integrate into the world, bringing wealth and prosperity to the people.

Good preparation for successful integration

For many years, by the implementation of international charters, we have made rational negotiation and signed various free trade agreements to expand exportation and promote foreign investment for development. The signing of Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) has not only helped Vietnam promote trade and services with member nations but also offered opportunities for foreign investments to strongly flow from nations in and outside of TPP. Thus, we are hopeful that in the new tenure, the leaders of the Party and the nation will be prepared for their commitments,
