The steering board of Medical Insurance Law implementation to be enhanced

Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee just issued documents on enhancement of the steering board of Medical Insurance Law implementation. Accordingly, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, member of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee cum Deputy Chair of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee is assigned to head of the board, Mr. Luc Duy Lac, Deputy Director of Health Department is assigned to permanent deputy head, Mr. Bui Quang Duc, Deputy Director of Provincial Social Insurance, is assigned to deputy head amongst members of departments, sectors, and the mass media.

The steering board is responsible for consulting with Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee to carry out legal contents of medical insurance in the province while implementing the laws. Health Department shall become the standing organization for the board, inspecting medical services and law enforcement. Periodically, reports and evaluations shall be made regarding the health services and measures for improvement before submitting to related authorities.
