Thien Phu Company’s planning adjustment approved

The provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Van Nam yesterday paid a working session with Thien Phu Trade-Production Co. Ltd. on land using plans of residential area development in the province.

At the session, the company directorate reported investment situation of Cau Do and My Phuoc 4 residential areas at Ben Cat district to the local leaders. Reportedly, Cau Do residential area project has faced difficulties of compensation and site clearance. The provincial administration asked the company reduce the residential quarter’s planning area. Meanwhile, My Phuoc 4 residential area project was also asked to adjust properly. The vice chairman asked local functional agencies to cooperate with the company for the sake of local development.
