Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee of the Army just held a conference to semi-conclude 8 years of implementing Resolution No. 51 of the Politburo in its 11th tenure on “Refining leadership regime of the Party, practising leadership in integration into political committee and members of People’s Armed Force of Vietnam”.Under the leadership of the city Party Committee and Party Committee of the city army, the Resolution No. 51 has been put into social life as a guidance of reviewing and evaluating quality and quantity of political staffs, reservists and officers in the grassroots of communes and wards to propose titles and payroll positions in agencies and units of the Party.From 2006 to date, 25 people have been assigned to political reserved positions. All the 14 Army HQs of communes and wards have been allocated with political member who is local Secretary of the Party Committee and his deputies.Reported by Thanh Liem – Translated by Vi Bao
