Over 200 fighters from 5 localities of Thu Dau Mot Town, Tan Uyen, Ben Cat, Di An, and Thuan An have joined in Binh Duong Karate Tournament 2010 to compete for over 30 sets of medals in Kata and Kumite for age range from 17 to 22.

In 2009, Phu Giao district’s team won the championship and runners-up are teams Thu Dau Mot town and Tan Uyen district. However, the champion team from Phu Giao district fails to join in this year’s tournament due to lacking of fund. Ben Cat team shows up with much improvement but the competition seems to be reserved for leading Thu Dau Mot town and runner-up Tan Uyen team.
