Leader of TDM city holds dialogue with youth

Early October 13, Thu Dau Mot city’s People’s Committee organized a dialogue between the city’s People’s Committee Chairman and local youth for 2024. The event was attended by more than 150 Youth Union officials, members and exemplary young people.

During the meeting, the local Youth Union members raised numerous questions regarding policies and initiatives, including population planning, employment opportunities for disadvantaged young people and those recovering from addiction, startup support, education on preventing the negative impacts of social media…Espencially, issues related to orientation and development of career opportunities for youth in the field of creative technology in the digital age are of great interest to the youth.

The dialogue aimed at listening to suggestions, concerns and aspirations of the youth. On that basis, the city will better implement mechanisms and policies focusing on improving the quality of young human resources, creating conditions for young people to get involved in business startup in the right direction, stabilize their lives and gradually promote their economic development among young people, contributing to building up smart cities in the coming time.
