Thu Dau Mot University to give cooperative training to meet social needs

On Dec 10, Thu Dau Mot University preliminarily summed up cooperative training meeting social needs between the university and Management Board of provincial industrial parks and VSIP Management Board.

The cooperation contributed to providing a human resource meeting the requirements of accelerated industrialization and modernization of the country. The parties cooperated to enable students to make field trips and internship at enterprises. The university and Management Boards introduced many graduates to businesses for employment.

At the conference, enterprises shared experiences in giving cooperative training, pointed some limitations of graduates. Through feedbacks from businesses, the university reviewed training contents, curriculums, orientations to equip students with necessary knowledge and skills to meet the job requirements of businesses.
