Thuan An City completes 95% of administrative reform targets

People's Committee of Thuan An City has closed 10 implementation years of the master program on State administrative reform in Thuan An City in 2011-2020 period.

Over the past years, the reform and simplification of administrative procedures tied to the implementation of interconnected OSS mechanism was done synchronously by People's Committee of Thuan An City, communes, and wards. The City People's Committee adjusted, shortened the processing time of 21 city-level administrative complaints; while commune and ward levels shortened the time from 1 to 7 administrative procedures; at the same time, proposed the amendment of 8 administrative procedures in fees and charges; 15 administrative procedures had amendment circulars and resolutions but were not promptly updated; and 3 administrative procedures in field of religion did not comply with time limit for settlement. From 2015 to March 2020, the average rate of city-level administrative procedures settled on time was 99.34%; and 99.99% at commune and ward levels. On this occasion, Chairman of Thuan An City People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals having outstanding results in implementation process of the master program period 2011-2020.
