Till 2020, North Tan Uyen to be basically an ecological urban area of province

Early May 18, provincial People’s Committee convened its 100^th session to approve North Tan Uyen’s overall socio-economic development plan till 2025, which was presided over by Tran Thanh Liem (photo), Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

Under the plan till 2020, North Tan Uyen district will be basically an ecological urban area of the province with a focus on hi-tech based agricultural production and investment attraction for industrial development. Till 2025, the district will make the shift of the local economic structure towards the growth of industrial manufacture in association with services and rural industrial development. The district’s total area of industrial-urban zones after 2020 will amount to around 2.028 hectares. Till 2020, 100% of communes in the district will be new-style rural ones…
