To commend 12 collectives and 75 individuals of provincial labor, invalids and social affairs sector

On July 28, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs held the 3rd Good examples' meeting, period 2015-2020. Attending the meeting were Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thanh Truc, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee.

Over the past 5 years, all provincial officials of labor, war invalids and social affairs sector enthusiastically strove to fulfill political tasks and targets.  Regular and periodic emulation movements of this sector accelerated progress, improve effectiveness and quality of work settlement, making an important contribution to exceeding targets.

Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Thanh Truc appreciated patriotic emulation movements among provincial labor, invalids and social affairs sector. He also recommended the sector to enhance the movement of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example and combine with emulation movements at agencies, units; continue to implement the Politburo's Directive No. 34-CT / TW on "Continuing to renovate the emulation and commendation". Besides, the sector needs to strengthen propaganda, raise awareness of the position and role of patriotic emulation movements in the new situation in order to encourage good practices, creating a widespread power.

The meeting commended and rewarded 12 collectives and 75 individuals in patriotic emulation movements in period 2015-2020; sent representatives of Provincial Children Sponsoring Fund and 9 individuals to participate in ministry-level and provincial-level patriotic emulation congresses. On this occasion, 1 individual of provincial labor, invalids and social sector received a third-class Labor Medal granted by the President, 1 individual received certificate of merit of the Prime Minister, and 1 collective received Emulation Flag of the Prime Minister.
