To enhance safety check-up on power grid to ensure public safety

On May 8, Phan Thanh Phong - Head of Safety Division of Binh Duong Power Company (PCBD), said that PCBD has since the beginning of the year inspected and detected 55 violations of the power grid safety, in which, PCBD has made a record and sanctioned 39 out of 55 violations. The remaining 16 cases continue to be coordinated with local authorities to handle.

In order to ensure the safe operation of the power grid, especially in the coming stormy season, PCBD and its affiliates check the power grid periodically and irregularly after rainstorms and unusual weather. On detecting cases of violations of the electricity grid safety corridor, PCBD cooperates with local authorities to make minutes of violations requesting violating organizations and individuals to dismantle the violating parts; at the same time, organize propaganda and request organizations and individuals to sign commitment to strictly comply with regulations on protection of electricity grid safety corridors.
