In July 2021, provincial Department of Industry and Trade issued a list of electricity users who are establishments serving the Covid-19 prevention and control without charge in order to ensure electricity supply for this work in the province.

Department of Industry and Trade also consulted on investment costs, made economic and technical reports on transmission lines, substations according to plan; and at the same time approved a draft plan to implement the national program on economical and efficient use of energy in the province in 2021-2025 period, with a vision to 2030 of all sectors.
