In the morning of November 1, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan My Commune in Tan Uyen District organizes its 9th delegation conference for the new tenure from 2013 to 2018 after thorough preparation for the success of assignments. To ensure social welfare In the previous tenure from 2008 to 2013, local committee of Tan My Commune has been sustaining unity of the people by promoting patriotism emulation and ownership of the public, implementing the motto of bringing movements to residential areas in a bid to diversify public gathering formality. Members of unions visit Mrs. Le Thi Dieu, a Vietnamese heroic mother, now residing at Vuon Vu Hamlet of Tan My Commune Coordination of member organizations have been taken good care of regarding the self-maintaining groups of traffic safety, social orders, environment protection, anti-crime clubs, and charity club, etc. Accordingly, plenty of people have participated into emulation programs initiated by the committee including gratitude and charity visits, and waste collection. The models of “mutual supporting funds for household businesses”, “standard flage poles in local households” and clubs of “volunteers”, etc. are evidents of the work done by local fatherland front committee among other models to ensure social welfare. Local Fatherland Front Committee also promote local people to register for annual emulation programs to make local commune standardized as new rural area. Beside the above activities, the movement of infra-construction joining up the public and the State’s contribution in the last tenure has achieved good results. The committee and its member organizations have coordinated with communal People’s Committee to mobilize the public in building 5,000m of asphalted road named DH13 and totally 4,600m of rural roads in 5 routes. Up to date, the traffic system of the commune has met the demands of local people, companies, and factories. To extend the models Celebrating all-level conference of local Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the new tenure of 2013 to 2018, Tan My Commune Fatherland Front Committee has mobilized donators to donate land and working days to complete a 500-m rural road at the cost of about VND 100 million and to offer charity houses. Local people joined up to clean up the roads. Mrs. Doan Thi Anh Tuyet, Chair of Tan My Commune Fatherland Front Committee informed that the gradual reforms of operations have minimized administrative burdens and connected the Party, the State with the people so that they should be more understandable with policies, guidelines, and regulations of local communities. “Our system is trying to maintain and develop the movement of building up new rural residential areas to higher level and efficiency.
