Binh Duong and Kon Tum in sharing CPV build-up

On the morning of September 23, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee of Binh Duong, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuy, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, chaired a meeting and worked with the working delegation of the Kon Tum provincial Party Committee, led by Mr. A Pot, Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee.

Attending the working session were representatives of the provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, the provincial Inspection Commission, the Departments of Internal Affairs, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and the provincial Women's Union, along with relevant units.

Information with the working delegation of the provincial Party Committee of Kon Tum, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuy said that the situation of young officials and female officials at all levels in Binh Duong province in recent times has achieved a high proportion and always meets the requirements of the Central Government. Regarding officials from ethnic minority groups, the province ensures an appropriate number in accordance with the situation of each locality, agency, and unit.

The achievements in the work of female officials, young officials, and officials from ethnic minority groups are the result of regular attention from the Party committees and authorities at all levels, who have proactively created opportunities from early on. In addition, Party committees at all levels have regularly encouraged and sent officials to participate in training courses to ensure basic standards, job titles, and planned appointments.

At the working session, the delegates exchanged valuable experiences, effective methods in organizing and building the Party of each locality, especially the priority policies for young officials, support policies, and creating conditions for female officials and officials from ethnic minority groups to develop comprehensively.

At the same time, the two sides also exchanged some prominent models in building the cadre team; orientations and solutions for the work of female cadres, young cadres, and cadres from ethnic minority groups in the coming time.
