Ministry of Finance just issued Circular No. 133 on amendments of customs prioritization term and some forms of Circular No. 86/2013/TT-BTC. Accordingly, the enterprises shall be offer customs prioritization for the first time in 3 consecutive years from the date General Director of General Department of Customs signs the prioritization scheme for the enterprises. The term is now expanded comparing to 2-year term previously ruled. Delegates are attending an announcement of prioritized enterprises in Northern provinces of Vietnam.
