The Department of Industry and Trade has successfully organized a training session on the topic of "Enhancing the capacity of officials in the industry and trade sector regarding the restructuring of the industrial, energy, and import-export sectors," attracting the participation of 40 delegates.
At the training session, experts provided in-depth introductions on the content of restructuring import and export; emphasizing the importance of enhancing added value in key export sectors, optimizing supply chains, and leveraging opportunities from free trade agreements (FTAs). At the same time, the experts also made recommendations on digital transformation in trade and improving the competitiveness of Binh Duong's goods in the international market.
In addition, experts also delve deeply into strategies for restructuring the industrial sector towards low carbon and transitioning the energy structure, contributing to the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050 as committed by Vietnam at COP26.
