To strengthen inspection and sanction of administrative violations in the construction field

Planning management work in the area has been focused and implemented step by step. Thereby, the town is implementing the work of planning the overall adjustment of Ben Cat town master plan until 2040. Up to now, the consultation of communities in communes and wards has been fulfilled, submitting to the Department of Construction for appraisal of the detailed planning project (at the rate of 1/500) of The People's Cemetery of Ben Cat Town; 9 planning documents have been approved; the planning of residential areas invested by the enterprise has been adjusted.

Along with that, since early this year, the town has received and settled procedures for issuing construction permits of 1,556 out of 1,848 records of individuals and organizations (increased by 26.19% year on year), while 292 documents are still pending for processing. At the same time, the observance of the law on construction for 165 cases is inspected; minutes of construction suspension for 7 cases have been made; sanction against administrative violations in the construction field of 27 cases has been set, gaining total fine amount of 600 million dongs.
