Training course for Youth Union cadres held

On June 23 and 24, provincial Youth Union held a training course for more than 110 district-level Youth Union cadres in 2023.

At the training course, learners were discussed and shared by reporters about such contents as leadership and management skills for Youth Union officials in the digital transformation era; professional knowledge on making inspection, supervision, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections... In addition, they were also given training in the organization and construction of the Youth Union; got training on methods to improve thoughts, construction of the image of the youth and implementation of youth development strategies.

The training course contributed to improving professional knowledge, skills and capacity for Youth Union cadres; promoting activities and building up a strong Youth Union organization.
