Training course on information dissemination about Vietnamese ocean and islands

In the afternoon of June 6, at Binh Duong Provincial Center for Culture and Movies was the training course on information dissemination about ocean and islands of Vietnam. This is a part of the exhibition of maps and documents about Hoang Sa and Truong Sa (Paracel and Spratly Islands) of Vietnam – the legal and history evidence coordinated by Ministry of Information and Communication and BInh Duong Provincial People’s Committee. Attending the training course was leaders of departments, sectors, and the mass media as well as youth leaguers and students in the province.

At the course, the delegates listened to 2 topical speeches of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, the Deputy Chair of Vietnamese History Science Association and instructor of Ha Noi National University and General Nguyen Thanh Tuan, the former Head of Information and Dissemination Division of Military Political Bureau of Vietnam Armed Force regarding East Sea of Vietnam and the territory disputes as well as decisions and counter-measures, offering specific evidence to determine the territory of Vietnam.
