Project management board of new rural areas has chosen 30 communes as pilot areas for the program which has just been introduced in a training course conducted by Binh Duong Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. 120 trainees attended the 3-day course with lecturers from School oh Agriculture and Rural Development Management II, focusing on 3 seminars of State policies, planning guidelines and project establishment methodology.
