According to a representative of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department under Provincial Police, in the last days of the year, functional forces continued to strengthen inspections of fire and explosion prevention and control at facilities. From December 15 to December 31, 2023, Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department under Provincial Police conducted fire safety inspections at 123 establishments in the province, instructed establishments to overcome 816 shortcomings in fire safety. Also through inspection, 6 establishments were discovered and handled administrative violations, with a total fine of more than 117 million VND. In addition, Provincial Police issued a decision to temporarily suspend operations of 2 establishments and suspend operations of 1 establishment.
