The first project was announced by Mr. Le Quang Lai who is working for Project Management of House and Urban Development (HUD) company. Under the name of An Sinh, the project, which was kicked of in November 2009, will offer budgets houses to low-income residents in Chanh My and Thu Dau Mot Town. The construction is expected to last in 2 years 2010 and 2011 at the estimated cost of VND 555 bln across the area of over 3 hectares and 95,000 m2 of floors.

The second project is sponsored by Binh Duong Construction, Consultancy and Investment (BICONSI) at Hiep Thanh III residential area including 4 appartment blocks with 48,000 m2 of floors and capital of about VND 240bln.
