It is expected that major changes will be announced by Ministry of Education and Training regarding entrance examinations to colleges and universities in 2012 including the supplement of A1 subject group of mathematics, physics, and foreign language, allowing colleges and universities to announce information on their own. The ministry will not rule the schedule.

After getting the results, candidates will be enrolled to the colleges and universities according to their scores. Colleges and universities are not forced by MOET to decide the enrollment but they are required to report to MOET by December 31 annually. For entrance examination in 2012, candidates are not restricted to colleges and universities that they chose.
