Upholding strength of young cadres, civil servants

Provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union has actively supported people in many poor remote areas in and out of the province.

Particularly, the bloc’s Youth Union has just organized the first stage of the “For sentimental attachment to border areas, islands” program in Tan Chau district’s Tan Ha commune in Tay Ninh province.

Coming to the remote area, the delegation carried out the “Pink vacation” campaign with such significant activities as providing free medical check-up and treatment for heroic Vietnamese mothers, policy beneficiary and poor families; offering 150 gifts to poor households, policy beneficiary families; awarding 20 scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils; planting green trees…with a total expense of around VND35.5million.

On this occasion, the bloc’s Youth Union also struck up a friendship with Tan Ha border post 821; exchanged and shared experience with the unit in national defence-security; took part in socio-cultural and economic development; visited Tan Ha border post’s milestone 103; visited and offered gifts to soldiers at Tan Ha border post…

Nguyen Duc Duan, Secretary of provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union said that this year’s “Pink vacation” campaign aims to create an environment for cadres, civil servants and Youth Union members to train, contribute and grow up; contribute to strengthening a task of uniting and gathering youths, improving the quality of the Youth Union while contributing to the successful implementation of 2018’s theme of “Youths under provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union  are volunteer, responsible in serving the community by their professional skills”.
