Vinarubi Company bounds for foreign investment

Despite its newly-establishment, Vinarubi Rubber Industry Company has invested in foreign market to seek out sustainable ways and improve competition for Vietnamese rubber products.

Vinarubi Rubber Industry Company in Hiep Thanh ward, Thu Dau Mot town has officially operated since Jan. 11, 2011. This company is established by 2 main shareholders including Phu Loi mechanics JSC in Binh Duong province and DIA-Ha Tay Investment and Development Company in Ha Noi.

The company has signed many contracts to export hundreds of natural rubber tons for foreign partners. Integration and development are goals concentrated by the company leaders.

Accordingly, Vinarubi Company has eyed to expand branches in foreign countries to grasp market demand and client taste as well as initiative in production and business. Therefore, the Ministry of Investment and Planning has granted an investment certificate license to the company to implement an investment project at China.

As such, the company’s project is called Dai Viet-Thanh Dao Limited Company located at Son Dong Peninsula, China. The company’s goal is to export Vietnamese rubber to China and export Chinese steel ingot and fertilizer to other countries. The project’s total investment capital is at US$700,000.

According to Vinarubi Company general director of Nguyen Ke Hung, “Vinarubi’s birth is to take Vietnamese rubber to foreign markets with a large and professional scale. Aside from exploiting rubber latex in Vietnam, Vinarubi has also expanded rubber planting areas at Laos and Cambodia. Vinarubi’s development goal not only aims at exporting natural rubber but improving value of rubber products”.

Therefore, Hung said that Vinarubi’s investment expansion to foreign nation is a strategic and sustainable way, contributing to improve Vietnamese rubber products’ value.
