Volunteer young workers sharing and sentimental connection

As part of activities of Vietnamese Workers’ Month, in May, workers in the province have carried out various volunteer activities of sentimental connections. Those activities have contributed to share with the community and uphold unity among workers.

The first is the Youth Workers and Youth Workers Support Center in collaboration with the Nhan Nghia Clinic and Ben Cat Clinic, which piloted the "love connection kitchen" model. This is a model aimed at empowering young workers with the provision of free breakfast. Free kitchen is located at 99 Binh Duong Boulevard (My Phuoc Ward, Ben Cat District). Instead of spending the weekend to rest after a tiring week of work, volunteers, youth workers from the Rainbow Club and Youth Workers Club of the Center Support young workers and young workers to participate in activities "kitchen connection love" on the morning of the week. Young workers started a volunteer Sunday at 3 am to shop for groceries. After that, they have to work together, from processing, processing food to serve the workers. One Sunday morning, despite having to do about 150 meals, but on the faces of young workers in two clubs still radiant fun and attentive when serving breakfast love for the bar workers and workers in difficult circumstances.

Along with "love connection kitchen ", at Di An Town, many volunteer activities of young workers also attracted many young workers in the area to participate. For example, members of the youth hostel worker group in Tan Binh ward have made a practical trip while learning useful things and sharing with the rest. It is the young workers' journey with the theme "Tan Binh - our homeland" and the program "Light up the youth workers dream" in 2018 organized by Youth Union Tan Binh ward. Joining the program are union members, youth workers members of the FA. During this trip, the youth union members and members of the staff of the hostel gather at the meeting hall of the People's Committee of Tan Binh ward to watch the documentary on the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh. Understanding the life and the great revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, from which efforts are made to study, follow his example.

Also on this trip, young workers had the opportunity to visit, light incense memorial hero martyrs and listen to brief introduction of historical sites in Tan Binh ward, such as Temple Commemoration of the Ward, Code 35, Măng Máng Stream. Then, the youth workers visited, encouraged and gave gifts to 22 young workers in disadvantaged groups in the ward. Especially, during the journey, each young worker became a lawyer volunteer, distributing leaflets propaganda in the local lodging.

Tran Van Thao, Secretary of the Tan Binh Ward said: "As a locality with many historical relics, through the program will promote the traditional education of patriotism; propagate and introduce Tan Binh local history and traditions among unionists and young workers. This is a new volunteer activity for young workers so you can share with the more difficult circumstances. In addition, this activity also aims to bring together young people who love volunteering to Volunteer Club of the Ward, thus enhancing the efficiency of social activities as well as the effectiveness of solidarity and gathering. and bring into play the role of the young people's volunteers. "
