Score Project lasts from June 2011 to December 2016 with participation of 41 enterprises and over 12,000 employees with satisfaction over 99%.The project has 5 contents of workplace cooperation, quality control, lean production and capacity, HR management, and labor safety and hygiene.Thanks to the project, participating enterprises claimed up to 80% of cost saving, 44% of income increment for employees, 52% reduction of labor force fluctuation, 48% reduction of work absence, and 32% reduction of product flaws.Reported by Duy Chi – Translated by Vi Bao
