Work starts on Phuc Khang Omron Healthcare Manufacturing Vietnam area project

Early December 19, Omron Healthcare Manufacturing Vietnam Co.Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of its welfare area project for workers at Vietnam-Singapore 2 Industrial Park (VSIP 2) in TDM city’s Hoa Phu ward. Attending the event were Bui Thanh Nhan, Chairman of provincial Labor Union; Ly Hung, Deputy Head of the VSIP Management Board; Yamamoto Kazuhito, Chairman of province-based Japan Business Association.

Covering around 2,000 square meters, the project comprises of a mess hall, a reading room, a football playground…with a total investment of VND17billion. It is expected to be completed after six-month construction. Once being operational, it will well meet more than 1,000 company workers’ demand for entertainment.

Speaking at the event, Mr.Nhan affirmed that constructing convenient works was the demonstration of the company’s vigorous development in production-business strategy while expressing its profound attention to improving working environment and laborers’ spiritual & material lives as well. Provincial leaders will always accompany the company in the process of implementing the project, create the best conditions for all activities of the company, especially Trade Union ones.

The company is specialized in manufacturing blood pressure monitors and nebulizers. After 9 years of development, it has generated more than 35 million of various products and distributed them to 170 countries around the world.
