100% agencies install document management software

The rate of agencies implementing the connection to document management software from province to commune level has reached 100%, with 256 agencies and units, including more than 8,000 users. Document alignment axis was invested and has been upgraded by provincial Department of Information and Communications to ensure the connection between documents of four levels under the direction of the Government; operations as guided in Decision No. 28/2018/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

According to statistics from the Government Portal, the province has an average of nearly 700,000 documents exchanged between agencies and units annually. Electronic digital signature is applied in the rotating and exchanging process of electronic documents with the rate of 78%.
