Under 2014’s theme of “the youth volunteer year” and “improving the quality of Youth Union branches”, provincial Youth Unions at all levels will strive to reach a target that each Youth Union realizes at least one program on “Lighting the dream of Vietnamese youth for prosperous people , strong country , equal and democratic and civilized society”.

100% of the local Youth Unions will also register to convert and help at least one bad youngster to integrate into the community again. In addition, provincial Youth Unions at all levels will strive to have 10,000 Youth Union members taking part in the training program on social skills, set up 230 squads on youth volunteer, get at least VND1bln raised from Youth Union members to the action programs for the “Sentimental attachment for national border and island areas”…

Also in 2014, provincial Youth Union will provide additional 300 sets of book on late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals for its affiliates; make 300 cultural book baskets for young workers at the local lodging facilities…
