268 hectares of agricultural land transformed for citrus planting at Tan Dinh Commune of Bac Tan Uyen District

In the first 9 months of 2015, food crops and vegetables have been cultivated on the area of 108.9 hectares while 480 hectares of rubber trees and 16 hectares of cashew were cleared for citrus planting on 268 hectares at Tan Dinh Ward of Bac Tan Uyen District. As for husbandry and animal rearing, the commune has developed to herds of 162,000 poultries and 7,490 cattle and animals.

Leaders of Tan Dinh Commune informed that in 3 last months of 2015, local authority will coordinate with departments and sectors to call upon local people to cultivate plants of market prices and realistic yield while maintaining frequent surveillance on diseases of cattle and poultries to ensure timely notification to local people and assure the planning for economic development in 2015.
