The provincial party committee on Oct. 18 held the 2nd provincial party committee’s executive board conference, 9th term, to assess local socio-economic activities and defense and security in the first 9 months of this year as well as to discuss and agree on orientations and measures on socio-economic development in the 4th quarter of 2010.

 

The provincial party committee secretary Mai The Trung chairs the conference. 

The provincial party committee vice secretary Le Thanh Cung said the local socio-economy in the first 9 months of this year gained positive changes with recovery of economy and fair growth of GDP, export-import turnover and service. However, he stressed that there remains some obstacles of shortages of skilled laborers, electricity and so on.

The conference also ratified working regulations of the provincial party committee’s executive board for the 9th term with 5 chapters, 20 articles.

The provincial party committee secretary Mai The Trung steered grassroot party committees to stabilize their apparatuses and launch and excel targets proposed in the 4th quarter of this year.
