In the first 9 months of the year, Women Association in Binh Thang Commune, Di An District has introduced 4 autonomous management groups in these localities. Those groups are in charge of 4/4 commune’s grassroots in “constructing civilized urban live hood” and also in mobilizing the people to follow. Trung Thang Hamlet was selected as a model with nearly 119 women attending.
